摘    要:以2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺、甲醛、氯乙酰氯和乙醇为主要原料,采用一种新的工艺路线,对除草剂乙草胺的合成进行了研究。考察了反应条件对反应结果的影响,在较佳反应条件下,产品纯度≥93%,产品收率≥86%。研究结果表明,该工艺路线是合成除草剂乙草胺的适宜路线,该合成路线反应条件温和、三废少、无设备腐蚀、产品质量分数与收率高。

Abstract:A new synthesis process of acetochlor using formaldehyde, 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline, chloroacetyl chloride, and ethanol as starting materials was studied. The effects of reaction conditions were examined. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the purity and yield of the product were over 93% and 86%, respectively. This new process is suitable for the synthesis of acetochlor, and its has several advantages: mild reaction conditions, less waste, no equipment corrosion, higher purity and higher yield.
