滚动轴承仿真系统虚拟样机与物理样机相似度研究

摘    要:仿真虚拟样机技术作为一种新兴数字化设计方法被应用在航空发动机滚动轴承设计中。定性定量地衡量虚拟样机和物理样机之间的关系是虚拟样机技术应用的关键问题。重点论述了滚动轴承仿真虚拟样机与物理样机相似度方面的研究,对虚拟样机和物理样机相似度研究所面临的问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Virtual prototype,which is simulation and a new digital design method,is applied to design the main rollig bearings of aeroengine.With regard to the application,it is significant matter to make a qualitative and quantificational measure of the relationship between virtual prototype and physical prototype.The paper mainly surveys the study on similarity between virtual prototype and physical prototype,and discusses the problems faced with the study.
