摘    要:双酚A是一种环境内分泌干扰化学物质,是生产PC树脂及环氧树脂的主要原料,也可用作酚醛树脂、可塑性聚酯、抗氧剂及聚氯乙烯的稳定剂.在pH=7的中性介质中,利用双酚A在波长278 nm处的最大吸收,建立了紫外分光光度法测定方法,双酚A在4.5×10-7~3.5×10-4mol/L的浓度范围内与其相应吸光度值显著线性相关,相关系数为0.999 4,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.093 5%,检出限为4.5×10-9mol/L.方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,具有较好的选择性和准确度.

Abstract:Bisphenol-A(BPA) is a kind of environmental endocrine interferent.It is the primary raw material to produce PC resin and can be used as the stabilizer of phenolic resin,polyethylene terephthalate and PVC.An ultraviolet adsorption spectroscopy method for the determination of bisphenol-A is reported in this paper.The best adsorption happens when bisphenol-A is in neutral substance whose pH=7 and with an adsorptive degree at wavelength of about 278 nm.The linear range is 4.5×10-7 to 3.5×10-4 mol/L and the relative coefficient is 0.9994.The relative standard deviation is 1.3%.The detection limit obtained is 4.5×10-9 mol/L.Under such conditions the above method is applied accordingly.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,selective and accurate.
