二面肋冷轧带肋钢筋粘结性能研究

摘    要:研究了二面肋冷轧带肋钢筋与混凝土的粘结力,并与三面肋冷轧带肋钢筋及冷拔光面钢丝粘结力的大小进行了比较。结果表明,二面肋冷轧带肋钢筋的平均粘结力等同或略高于三面肋冷轧带冷钢的平均粘结力,明显高于冷拔光面钢丝的平均粘结力,同样是一种优良建筑钢材。

Abstract:The bonding strength beween cold-rolled dual ribed steel wires and concrete is investigated and compared with the bonding strength of cold-rolled three faces ribbed steel wires and ordinary cold-drawn steel wires. The results show that the average bonding strength between concrete and cold-rolled dual ribbed steel wires is equal or higher than average bonding strength of cold-rolled three faces ribbed steel wires and obviously higher than average bonding strength of ordinary cold-drawn steel wires. The cold-rolled dual ribbed steel wires is also an excellent building material.
