分光光度法测定环境水中的微量锌

摘    要:研究了三元络合物Zn-SCN--RhB的高灵敏度显色反应体系,建立了光度法测定环境水中微量Zn(Ⅱ)的新方法。结果表明,在盐酸介质中,Zn-SCN--RhB络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1,Zn(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0μg/10 mL~5μg/10 mL范围内服从比尔定律,Zn2+、SCN-和RhB+三者的络合比为1∶4∶5。具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,试验体系稳定,操作简单快速,可直接应用于环境水中微量锌的测定。

Abstract:Law Institute of the ternary complex of Zn-SCN--RhB high sensitivity of the color reaction system, the establishment of a new method for the spectrophotometric determination of the environmental trace of Zn ( Ⅱ }. The results showed that in hydrochloric acid, Zn-SCN--RhB the apparent molar absorption coefficient 8=2.1×10^4 L·mol^-l·cm^-1, Zn (II} mass concentration in the 0 μg/10 mL-5 Ixg/10 mLthe law was obeyed in the range and the three complexing ratio of Zn2+, SCN- and RhB+ is 1 : 4 : 5. This method has high sensitivity and good selectivity for the test system stability, simple operation and fast, can be directly applied to the determination of environmental trace zinc.
