稻秸秆的化学脱胶工艺研究

摘    要:分别对稻秸秆在“一煮法”和“二煮法”工艺下进行处理,以纤维残胶率、细度和强度为指标,对这两种方法处理得到的纤维性能进行比较。并分析处理时碱量、温度和时间对纤维性能的影响,得出了两种方法各自的最佳工艺,通过比较发现,“二煮法”工艺处理后纤维的性能要比“一煮法”工艺好很多。

Abstract:The rice straw was treated with the processes of "One-cooking scouring" and "Two- cooking scouring". The performance of fibers obtained from the two methods was compared based on the fiber's gum residue rate, fineness and strength. The effects of alkali content, processing temperature and time on the fiber properties were analyzed, and the optimum processing conditions with both methods were obtained. It was concluded by comparison that the fiber performances from "two-cooking scouring" were better than "one-cooking scouring".
