聚酯板材的改性研究

摘    要:以对苯二甲酸二甲酯或对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇为原料,醋酸锌为添加剂,醋酸锑为催化剂进行了板材用共聚酯聚合工艺的研究。实验以磷酸三乙酯为稳定剂,通过常规聚酯工艺,合成出特性粘数为0.69 dL/g的改性共聚酯(PETG),应用挤出流变仪进行了成型试验及相关性能测试。

Abstract:Terephthalic acid/ethylene glycol/1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol copolymer(PETG) for plate materials was prepared from dimethyl terephthalate or terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and self-made 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol with antimony triacetate as catalyst and zinc acetate as additive. The optimal copolycondensation conditions were investigated. The results showed that by using triethyl phosphate as stabilizer, the modified copolyesters PETG could be prepared by conventional techniques and the inherent viscosity of the product was 0. 69 dL/g. The primary properties of the extruded plate were tested by extrusion rheameter.
