栀子色素的提取及对羊毛的染色工艺探讨

摘    要:探讨了栀子色素的提取及对羊毛纤维染色的可行性和染色条件.优选了栀子色素的提取条件和提取液对羊毛纤维的染色条件.结果表明:栀子色素可直接用水提取,一次性浸提率较高;提取液可以作为母液直接用于羊毛纤维的染色,并具有较好的染料提升性,染色时可以通过改变提取液浓度,染出不同深浅的黄色,同时染色时可不使用中性电解质和媒染剂,有较好的染色鲜艳度、染色深度和染色牢度.

Abstract:The extraction of gardenia pigment from gardenin fruit and the feasibility and condition of wool dyeing with gardenia pigment were studied. The extraction condition of gardenia pigment from gardenin fruit and dyeing condition of wool fiber were defined. Results showed that gardenia pigment can be extracted from water. The first extraction rate was high. The extraction composition of gardenin fruit can be used to wool dyeing. Duild-up of dyestuff was good. The different yellow can be dyed through changing density of extraction liquid. At the same time, the dyeing technology did not require the application of the neutral electrolyte and mordant. There were fairly good bright in dyeing color and dyefastness.
