摘    要:采用正交试验确定了海藻酸钠包埋脱硫菌制备固定化微生物的最佳条件,同时采用添加活性炭和用己二胺对固定化微生物进行化学处理,使其降解活性、机械强度和酸稳定性均得到提高。

Abstract:The optimal immobilization conditions of sodium alginate for biodegrading of SO_2 were obtained by the cross-act experiments. To improve the performance of the IGM, two methods were studied, i.e. adding activated carbon into sodium alginate gel and surface-chemical process of the IGM with hexane diamine. The results obtained from the experiments showed that the performances of the IGM, such as degradation effect, mechanical strength and acid resistance, were greatly improved.
