聚合型受阻胺光稳定剂PDS的合成与应用

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇为原料,经过酯交换反应,合成了甲基丙烯酸2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶酯(MTMP),采用直接蒸馏法提纯。再以二甲苯为溶剂,将MTMP与苯乙烯进行聚合反应,合成聚合型受阻胺光稳定剂PDS,起始聚合温度为120℃时,PDS的熔融范围为135~140℃,相对分子质量为4000~4500。PDS能有效地提高聚丙烯纤维的光稳定性,降低聚丙烯纤维的纺丝温度。光稳定剂PDS与抗氧剂1010有良好的协同稳定作用。

Abstract:The polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer(HALS) PDS is synthesized from styrene, methyl methacrylate and tetramethylpiperdinol by way of transesterification and polymerization.Light stability of polypropylene fiber is improved effectively by PDS.Spinning temperature for polypropylene fiber is also decreased.There is a good synergistic stabilization of PDS with antioxidant 1010.
