| 摘 要： | 寻租活动在我国普遍存在，而在建筑市场尤为严重。从产权、委托代理、信息不对称和博弈论等经济学视角对建筑市场的寻租活动进行了分析，进而对建筑市场寻租活动的防范提出政策性的建议。

| Abstract: | Rent-seeking actions generally exist in our Country, but it is very serious in the construction market. The paper analyses rent-seeking problem of construction market in our country by using of economic principle and methord of property right theory, commission agent theory, information asymmetry theory and game theory,and for further propose the policy-type proposal to precaution rent-seeking of construction market. |
