陶瓷-钢板组合式防护层抗弹性能仿真研究

摘    要:依据GJB 4300-2002《军用防弹衣安全技术性能要求》中Ⅳ级的防破片等级要求,采用数值仿真方法对陶瓷-钢板组合式防护层的防弹性能进行研究。设定相应等级的初始速度,通过改变陶瓷板和钢板的厚度进行建模仿真,确定2种材料厚度对整体抗弹性能的影响。仿真结果表明,当陶瓷靶较厚时,钢板只起到整体支撑作用,对抗弹性能几乎没有影响,钢板的厚度可根据对靶板最大变形量的要求适当选取。因此,要满足GJB 4300-2002中Ⅳ级的防破片等级要求,陶瓷靶板的厚度应在12 mm以上。
