摘    要:根据BENTLY公司大机组状态监测系统TDM2捕捉的频谱图、轴心轨迹图和振动趋势图分析二氧化碳压缩机组汽轮机振动高的原因是注汽速断阀关不死,形成一临界转速共振,并且因为汽轮机前轴承箱体热膨胀导向纵销过度磨损,导致前轴承箱跑偏,临界转速共振进一步恶化为汽封动静摩擦的严重事故,进而得出结论应加强老机组检维修力度、更加严格执行检修维护规程的重要性.

Abstract:According to the frequency spectrum,axis locus diagram and vibration tendency diagram trapped by large compressor bundle monitor system TDM2, finds out the reason for the high vibration of the steam turbines of CO2 compressor bundle, and shows the importance of strengthening turnaround of old compressor bundle and stricter execution of maintenance and turnaround regulations .
