摘    要:基于实验研究,分析讨论了热力工况与颗粒细度对加福煤粉燃尽过程的影响。结果表明,提高炉内平均温度水平,扩大高温区范围,增大炉膛出口处氧气浓度均对燃尽有利。提高煤粉细度,可显著降低飞灰的含碳量。

Abstract:Based on the experimental investigations, the influence of thermodynamic conditions and particle diameter on the burn-off process of Jiafu pulverized coal was analyzed and discussed. The results indicate that raising the average temperature level in furnace, enlarging high-temperature zone and increasing the oxygen content in furnace outlet result in the rise of burn-off degree. The significant decline in carbon content of fly-ash results from the decrease of particle size.
