预测钻井过程中井内温度分布的新模型

摘    要:在钻井过程中,井内温度分布对钻井作业有较大的影响。在前人研究的基础上,考虑各种因素的影响,根据能量守恒原理,建立了循环和静止过程中井内温度分布的预测模型,并用有限体积法实现了该模型的求解。最后用现场试验数据对模型模拟结果进行了验证。该模型可用于计算井内钻井液的循环温度和静止温度,也可用于确定井眼周围地层的温度分布。

Abstract:The temperature distribution in a wellbore has an important effect on the drilling operation while drilling. On the basis of the studies of previous researchers, this paper presents a new mathematical model, which is solved by finite volume method to predict the temperature distribution in a wellbore during circulation or shut-in in terms of the law of conservation of energy. The verification of the simulating results of the model prediction in comparison with the field data was presented. The model can be used to calculate the circulating and shut-in temperature in a wellbore, as well as the temperature distribution of formation around the wellbore.
