织物增强混凝土与钢筋混凝土构件界面粘结性能试验研究

摘    要:本试验共设计制作了45个试件,以老混凝土的界面处理方式和TRC加固层数为参量,研究了TRC与RC构件的界面粘结性能。试验使用双面剪切试验方法,试验结果表明,TRC加固层数的增加有利于改善其界面抗剪强度,且凿糙、植筋和沟槽等界面处理方法均能有效提高TRC与RC的粘结抗剪强度,其中凿糙对抗剪强度提高的贡献程度较大。试验表明,老混凝土界面最佳粗糙度为2~4 mm,最佳植筋率为0.33%左右。

Experimental study on interfaces bond behavior of textile reinforced concrete(TRC) with RC component

Abstract:This test has designed and manufactured a total of 45 specimens,the old concrete interface approach and TRC reinforcement layers as the experimental parameters,to research the interface bonding properties of TRC and RC component.Experiment using double-sided shear test method,the results shows that whit the increase of TRC reinforcement layers the interface shear strength become well.The interfacial treatment such as rough surface,rebar-planting and groove can effectively improve strength adhesive and shearing strength of TRC whit RC component,rough surface of old concrete contribution higher on the shear strength.Tests showed that the best roughness of old concrete is 2~4 mm,the rate of planting reinforcement is about 0.33%.
