双向DC-DC变换器拓扑结构的设计及仿真

摘    要:传统的单相双向DC-DC变换器虽然结构简单,但当电流纹波超过两倍负载电流时会导致开关器件通态损耗过大,同时主电感电流纹波过大会造成磁芯损耗.本文设计了一种多相拓扑结构的变换器,该变换器通过磁耦合技术,采用电流交迭减小纹波,进而减小磁芯的损耗.通过Simulink对单相变换器和两相变换器模型进行仿真,论证了改进后变换器的优越性.

Design and Simulation of Bi-directional DC-DC Converter Topology
Abstract:The structure of traditional single phase bidirectional DC-DC converter is simple, which could cause the switching device on-state loss to increase when the current ripple is more than twice of the load current, and can make core loss when the primary inductor current ripple is excessive. This paper designs a multi-phase topology converter, which make the current overlap in order to reduce the ripple current and core loss with magnetic coupling technology. Based on Simulink, there are simulation comparisons between the single-phase and two phases converter .The result shows the superiority of improved converter to traditional converter.
