摘    要:提出了一种评定激光跟踪仪现场测量不确定度的方法。通过移站测量来获得几个固定点的坐标位置,然后将测量结果进行处理,给出整个测量系统的测量不确定度。主要目的是为了将测量现场的环境、操作人员的技术水平以及仪器自身的性能等各方面影响都包含在测量不确定度内,从而为仪器精度的现场评估、不同仪器的现场测量比较以及环境变化对测量结果的影响分析等提供量化指标。

Abstract:A method for determining the uncertainty of on site measuring by a laser tracker system is presented. By measuring the coordinate positions of a series of fixed targets from several instrument locations and calculating the measurement results, the working uncertainty of the total system will be given. This method seeks to evaluate the uncertainty for the entire metrology system, including the environment, the operator technique and the performance of the instrument. So this method can be used quantifiably on-the-spot to evaluate an instrument performance, compare different measurement systems and analyse environmental effects on measurement data.
