微波萃取法提取无患子皂苷工艺

摘    要:采用微波萃取法从无患子果皮中萃取无患子皂苷。对微波萃取时的微波功率、萃取剂种类、萃取剂用量、萃取时间等条件进行了研究,得出微波萃取皂苷较佳的工艺条件。微波炉采用低火档,选用正丁醇作萃取剂,体积为30 mL,萃取时间控制在30 min。

Abstract:The sapindus- saponin extracted from the rind peel of natural sapindus mukorossi by the microwave extraction method. The experimental condition example the microwave firepower, the extracting agent type, the amount of extracting agent and the microwave extract time were studied, the best technological conditions had been obtained. The microwave firepower is low, the butyl alcohol is the extracting agent, the amount of the extracting agent is 30 mL, the extract time is 30 min.
