摘    要:多晶薄膜碲化镉(CdTe)太阳电池在光代转换地面应用方面很有发展前途.目前CdTe太阳电池转换效率接近16%.高效簿膜CdTe太阳电池是以硫化镉(CdS)作匹配的异质结太阳电池.符合器件要求的CdS薄膜有多种淀积技术,而从水溶液中生成的方法是最经济的.符合器件要求的CdTe薄膜有多种廉价淀积方法,包括近距离升华、元素联合蒸汽淀积、电沉积、丝网印刷和喷镀等.本文讨论CdS和CdTe薄膜的制备与性能,以及CdS/CdTe异质结太阳电池的特性.

Abstract:Polycrystalline thin film cadmium telluride (CdTe) solar cells are most promising for the terrestrial photovoltaic conversion of solar energy. The sfate of the art CdTe solar cells have conversion efficiencies near 16%. Efficient thin film CdTe solar cells are of the heterojunction type with cadmium sulfide (CdS) as the heterojunction partner. Device-quality CdS films can be deposited by several techniq-uesj the growth of CdS films from an aqueous solution is the most economical process. Several low-cost techniques, including close-spaced sublimation, combination of elemental vapors, electro-deposition, screen printing, and spraying have been developed for the deposition of device-quality CdTe films. The deposition and properties of CdS and CdTe films, and the characteristics of CdS/CdTe heterojunction solar cells are discussed in this parer.
