| 摘 要： | 根据计算流体力学的相关原理，以CFD软件为工具，对洁净室高效空气过滤器应用的送风口的散流板进行研究，得出其出风效果及速度衰减曲线等，更加准确地模拟分析了不同形式散流板在洁净室中的速度流场特性。
