摘    要:讨论了大范围内铜含量(0~30%,质量分数)对铁基粉末冶金航空刹车材料摩擦磨损性能的影响和材料的摩擦磨损机理,结果表明:不合铜时,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量均较大,磨损机理主要为粘着磨损;添加铜后,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量均有所下降,疲劳磨损为主要机理;当铜含量升高到有大量游离铜存在时,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量逐渐增加,磨损机理又主要体现为粘着磨损。

Abstract:The effects of copper contents on properties of powder metallurgy iron based brake material for airplane were studied. The results show that for the material without copper, the main wear mechanism is adhesive, the friction coefficient and wear rate were larger; for the material with copper, the main wear mechanism is stain fatigue and decreases with the increase of copper content, when much more free copper exists, and tends to increase, the main wear mechanism is adhesive again.
