| 摘 要： | 基于博弈理论,探讨了企业公共资源的合理利用.用哈丁的公共财产博弈模型,对企业的公共资源合理使用进行了博奕分析,阐述了在可持续发展环境下,企业如何有效利用公共资源,以达到长期的博弈均衡,从而获得可持续竞争优势.最后,为企业公共资源的合作竞争使用提供了策略.

| Abstract: | Public resources issued as the key factor is considered to decide the future development of the organizations and the overexploitation of public resources will make the organizations cannot have a real sustainable development.This paper discussed the effective utilization of the public resources among the organizations based on the theory of games and also presented how to use public resources effectively for the long-term equilibrium between the public resources and the organizations under sustainable development and a sustainable competitive advantage for organizations.Under Hardin's game model on public property,this paper analyzed the effective utilization reasonably on public resources and presented the strategies on the public resources utilization for co-competition. |
