| 摘 要： | 介绍SGW195双捻机主要技术参数、基本工作原理。制定了详细的研制方案 ,设计专门刀具 ,并采用合理的工装控制零部件质量 ,满足整机的性能要求 ,通过空载及负载试车测试证明 ,SGW195双捻机达到了同类双捻机的性能 ,能满足制品企业钢帘线生产的需要。

| Abstract: | To introduce the main technical parameters,the basic working principle of SGW 195 Double Twist Buncher.The detailed developing project is established.The special blade is designed.The reasonable equipment is adopted in controlling quality of parts.It can satisfy requirement of capability for total machinery.It is proved by test of loading and unloading that the property of SGW195 Double Twist Buncher is up to the property of the same kind machinery and can satisfy requirement of steel cord production. |
