浅谈高速公路建设过程中涉及的文物保护问题

针对山西省文物保护与利用现状及国家对文物保护的有关法律规定,通过介绍近几年我省3条涉及文物保护问题的高速公路的处理案例,总结了高速公路建设过程中对文物保护单位可能造成的影响,并提出了主要的减缓措施。
