D/L邻氟扁桃酸的合成研究

摘    要:以邻甲苯胺为原料,经过氟化、氧化成邻氟苯甲酸,与氯化亚砜反应得到邻氟苯甲酰氯,再与CH3CH2OMgCH(COOCH2CH3)2反应,水解脱羧得到邻氟苯乙酮,经过氯化、水解、重排得到高纯度的邻氟扁桃酸,总收率达38.8%,高效液相色谱分析(流动相V甲醇:V水=7:3)含量为98.2%。

Abstract:A novel method for preparing o-Fluoromandelic acid consists in the chlorination and hydrolysis and rearrangement o-Fluoroacetophenone, which obtained hydrolysis and decarboxycation the production of acylation of the magnesiumethoxy derivative of diethyl malonate with o-Fluorobenzoic chloride, o-Fluorobenzoic acid was syn-thesized by Schiemann-reaction of o-methylaniline to give o-Fluorotoluene which was oxidized by HN03 in an autoclave. The whole yield reached to 38.9% with 98.2% purity.
