发电机带负荷更换励磁碳刷的方法

目前在一些中小型水电厂中，一些容量较小的发电机组在更换励磁碳刷时，一般均采用停机后进行。本文通过对６３０ｋＷ机组励磁参数进行分析后，结合我厂须对用户保障供水的实际情况提出可行性方案，并在生产中采取机组带负荷更换碳刷，从而解决了因更换碳刷而引起的停机，保障了对用户的供水，解决了生产中的难题。

Method of Changing Carbon Brush of Exciter under Load Condition

At present,the small capacity generators had to be stoped when their carbon brushes brushes are changed in medium-small water power plants.In this paper,the authors put forward the method of changing carbon brush in our plant under load condition after analysed the parameters of 630kW exciter, solved the problem of stopping exciter due to changing carbon brush and guaranteed water supply of users.
