计算V型块定位误差的定义几何法

摘    要:文章提出了定位误差定义几何法的基本步骤,结合实例展示了定义几何法的计算过程,从而揭示了定义几何法计算V型块定位误差的直观性。当工件以外圆面为定位基准用V形块定位时,工序基准尽可能选用外圆母线,这样既可以可减小定位误差,又便于测量。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic steps of location error definition-geometric method are discussed. The calculation process of definition-geometric is demonstrated based on an example. And the results prove that the definition-geometric method of location error calculation is accurate. When the workpiece set the cylindrical surface as the positioning criterion by V type piece, the procedure criterion select the cylindrical line as far as possible. By this method we can reduce the positioning error and measure conveniently.
