摘    要:燕化凉水塔鼓风扇 18- 8不锈钢材质的U型螺栓在服役 16 0小时后发生断裂。经检测 ,其化学成分、金相组织、力学性能未见异常。分析认为 ,螺栓断裂是由于交变载荷作用下的疲劳破坏所致 ,经改用 2Cr13材质后运行正常

Abstract:U-type 18-8 bolts in the cooling tower fans in the refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Company fractured after only 160 hours' service. The testing found nothing wrong in the chemical compositions, metallographic structure and mechanic performance. The analysis concluded that the fracture was caused by the fatigue failure under the alternating loads. The operation became normal after the bolts were replaced with 2Cr13 metallurgy.
