工业厂房玻璃幕墙结露分析及改造设计

摘    要:某卷烟厂制丝工房围护采用U玻幕墙,生产工艺要求厂房内部必须保证温度28±1℃、空气相对湿度65±1%。玻璃幕墙冬季在内部产生严重的结露现象,对生产工艺产生了不良影响,并造成钢结构的锈蚀。通过计算分析产生结露的原因,提出解决高温高湿工业厂房内部结露并提高其建筑节能性能的改造设计方案。

Abstract:The external enclosing structure of the mill building for a cigarette factory is made up of double U shape glass curtains.High temperature and high humidity is necessary to cigarette manufacture process.As a result,there is a dewing phenomenon in the interior surface of the glass curtains in winter.Dewing phenomenon makes steel structure rust.Based on the analysis of the dewing phenomenon an innovation project is presented,which can salve the dewing problem and improve the energy efficiency of the mill buil...
