从企业整体优化角度强化节能管理

随着企业走向市场和企业经济管理向集约型的转换，节能已成为钢铁联合企业降低生产成栖的重要途径。针对我国钢铁联合企业在节能管理中普遍存在的无力状况，论述了要从企业整体优化的角度来强化节能管理的必要性，同时以武网钢为例，从企业经营体制，生产组织，节能必放企业文化这四个与节能密切相关的方面，进行了企业整体优化的探索。

INVESTIGATION OF STRENGTHENING ENERGY-SAVING MANAGEMENT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF GLOBAL OPTIMIZATION OF ENTERPRISE

With enterprise moving towards market and management transforming to intensiveness,energy-saving has been an important way of reducing production cost in integrated iron and steel enterprise. As a basis of the weakness of energy-saving management generally existing in China's integrated iron and steel enterprise, this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening energy-saving management from the point of view of global optimization of enterprise. Take Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. for example , the paper also investigates the global optimization of enterprise on four aspects closely relating to energy-saving, namely enterprise management system, production-organizing, energy-saving and technology-reforming and enterprise culture.
