介绍了安阳钢铁公司在坚持走以节能求效益的道路的同时，为适应政府转变肌能、企业转换经营机制的形势，以“主动型”的节能管理机制开展节能工作．加大节能技改力度使节能工作的重点真正转移到依靠技术进步的轨道上的经验。

DEVELOPING A NEW PROSPECT OF ENERGY-SAVING WORK TO ADAPT TO NEW SITUATION

Anyang iron and Steel CO. developes energy-saving work and strengthens energy-saving technological transformation by" initiative-type" energy-saving management mechanism to adapt to the situation of transferring function for government and changing management mechanism for enterprises and to transfer the main points of energy-saving work to the course of relying on technological progress while persisting in making profits from saving energy. Above-mentioned experience of AISC is introduced in this paper.
