N234/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的制备与研究

摘    要:对N234新工艺法炭黑与三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的性能进行了研究,实验发现随着N234用量的增加,门尼粘度逐渐增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间有缩短的趋势,而最小扭矩与最大扭矩均逐渐增大,胶料的抗返原性提高;硫化胶的定伸应力和撕裂强度随N234用量的增加而增加;伸长率逐渐减小;拉伸强度在50份达到最大值。

Abstract:The performance of N234 /EPDM composites was studied.It was found in the experiment that with the content of N234 increasing,Mooney viscosity increased,both of the scorch time and the optimum curing time had reduced tendency and the minimum torque and the maximum torque were increased gradually,the resistance to reversion was improved,the strength at a given elongation and the tear strength of the vulcanizate was raised,and elongation at break was decreased.The tensile strength reached a peak where the amount of N234 was at 50phr.
