聚苯胺/席夫碱原位复合物的制备及席夫碱用量对其性能影响

摘    要:采用原位化学法合成了聚苯胺/席夫碱复合物,研究了席夫碱用量对复合物性能和产率的影响,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对复合物的结构及表面形态进行了表征。研究表明,室温下,保持席夫碱质量为1.0 g和盐酸浓度不变的情况下,当苯胺为4.0 mL,过硫酸铵为10.0 g时,复合物的电导率最高可达到2.05×10-3S/cm,比PANI的电导率(9.21×10-6S/cm)提高了3个数量级;同时聚苯胺/席夫碱复合物的溶解性能及分散性有明显改善。

Abstract:Polyaniline/Schiff base composite was prepared by in the situ chemical method.The influence of Schiff base dosage on the composite properties was investigated. Structure and morphology of composites were characterized by FTIR and SEM.It demonstrats that the conductivity of Polyaniline/Schiff base composite was 2.05×10~(-3) S/cm.In comparison with PANI(9.21×10~(-6)S/cm),its conductivity increases 1,000 times,under the condition of room temparature,4.0mL in aniline,10.0g in(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8),1.0g in Schiff base,and unvaried HCl concentration and Schiff quality.The soluble and disperse properties of Polyaniline/Schiff base are better than that of Polyaniline obviously.
