摘    要:运用非线性有限元分析技术 ,对由多层正交各向异性复合材料组成的某型空气弹簧进行了应力和模态分析。分析中考虑了复合材料与大变形几何非线性 ,通过合理选择不同铺层厚度 ,得到各铺层良好的应力状态。通过模态分析得到了前六阶振型

Abstract:The Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis was applied to study the stress and modal of an air spring, which is composed of composites with multiple orthotropic materials. Composites and nonlinear geometry of large deformations were considered during numerical analysis. By selecting the thickness of each ply, better stress distribution on the air spring has been obtained. And the preceding six mode shapes are calculated through modal analysis.
