中小学校舍抗震鉴定有关问题的分析

目前全国各抗震设防区的中小学校舍正在进行抗震鉴定和加固工作。但由于相关的标准、规范刚出台不久,不少工程技术人员对抗震鉴定的有关问题把握不准,给这项工作带来影响。为此,结合泰州市校舍抗震鉴定工作中出现的一些问题进行了分析和探讨,并对新修订的《建筑抗震鉴定标准》GB50023进行了解读。

Analysis on Questions for Seismic Appraisal of School Buildings

Seismic appraisal is important components for the safety engineering of school building, it is main basis for the design of reinforcement. The standard and system is newly unveiled, a lot engineers and technicians can't use them very well, which affect on the work. Aiming at these problems, analysis and discussions are made on Taizhou school building, also the new Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings GB50203 is explained.
