摘    要:基于自增强技术的相关理论,针对某超高压缸所存在的问题进行了改进设计.改进设计后的超高压缸在重量、外形体积及应力分布等方面均比原超高压缸有较大的改善,表明改进设计方案具有较好的技术经济效果.

Abstract:The design of a super high pressure cylinder has been ameliorated based on the interrelated theories of auto-frettage technology.The improved super high pressure cylinder works much better than the previous one in weight,shape,cubage and distribution of stress,which indicates the ameliorated design is provided with preferable technology economy effect.
