摘    要:采用三维电极电催化反应器考察了反应电压、TiO2催化剂和NaCl添加量、曝气/水体积比和温度等因素对于癸二酸生产废水电催化氧化反应速率常数的影响。结果表明,反应时间相同时,可通过增大反应电压、增加TiO2催化剂和NaCl添加量、增大曝气量、提高反应温度等手段获得较大的反应速率。根据现有相关理论和实验数据,提出了对反应器出水COD的经验预测模型,并通过实验得出了模型中的各个参数。模型的提出能够指导实际反应器的准确设计并为工业应用提供依据。

Abstract:A three-dimension electrode system(TDEs) was used in the electro-catalytic oxidation for the treatment of wastewater from sebacic acid production. The influences of some key factors, including voltage, the dosages of TiO2 catalyst and NaCl, aeration quantity and temperature, on the reaction rate constant of electro-catalytic oxidation for organic pollutants in the wastewater from sebacic acid production were investigated. The experimental results showed that the larger reaction rate constant could be obtained by increasing the reaction voltage, adding more TiO2 catalyst and NaCl, increasing aeration quantity or raising reaction temperature under the certain reaction time. Based on current theories, a kinetics model for predicting the output COD value of electro-catalytic oxidation reaction of the wastewater from sebacic acid production was deduced, and some constants of the model were obtained through plentiful experimental results of this reaction process. The study illustrated that a good agreement was obtained between the predicted value by the model and the experimental data, so the model is useful for the accurate design of this technological process, and can be the theoretical basis of its industrial applications.
