变频调速技术及其在空调系统中的应用

摘    要:简要介绍了变频调速技术,对变频调速器的用途和性能优点做了概括总结,比较详细地论述了变频调速器应用在空调系统中的节能的基本原理,并对其自动控制方法做了简单介绍.重点分析了与阀门调节相比,变频调速器的节能效果,且给出了相应的近似计算方法. 最后以空调水系统中水泵为例,比较了采用阀门调节与变频调速调节两种方式的节能效益.实例表明,在大型商场空调水系统中,变频调速器的节电率可达到74.1% ,这说明变频调速技术在空调系统中的应用不仅是可行的而且是必要的.

Abstract:The variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) technology, the usage of VVVF inverter and its features are described. The principle of energy saving and control of VVVF applied in air condition system is also discussed. Compared with the valve control, the effect of energy saving of VVVF is analyzed, and the approximate calculation method is given. Finally, to take a pump used in air condition system for example, the effect of energy saving of valve control is compared to that one of VVVF control. The results indicate that the rate of energy saving can be 74.1% in air condition system of a large commercial building with VVVF inverter. This fact proves that the application of VVVF to air condition system is necessary and available.
