摘    要:研究了提升容器在运行过程中与井筒装备相互作用的动力学性质,建立了矿井提升过程中罐笼的3 种基本动力学模型,即冲撞模型、非直线模型和凸出模型,以对应于罐道局部的变形和弯曲、罐道由于连接安装误差或井筒局部围岩变形而导致在整体上的非直线形式以及罐道在连接接头处的凸出不平或局部的严重锈蚀等3 种不同的井筒钢轨罐道的缺陷形式.同时根据理论分析和现场调查,进一步提出了用加速度的速率变化作为判别罐笼是否安全运行的基本准则.研究表明,与现有的直接用加速度数值作为判别的准则相比,新的判别准则能更好地描述井筒钢轨罐道所存在缺陷的程度.作为应用,文中给出了几个在澳大利亚的现场检测的实例.

Abstract:The dynamic behavior of conveyance travelling in shafts is comprehensively studied in this paper, and three different dynamic models are proposed, i.e., the slamming model, the misalignment model and the protrusion model. According to the results of decelerometer inspections, these models allow for identification of three type of shaft wear mechanisms of shaft steelwork, i.e., local guide deformations or bends, guide misalignment or waviness, and off set at the guide joints. Furthermore, based on both the theoretical analysis and the field investigations, the use of the rate of acceleration change as the basic inspection criterion is put forward as it is better reflects the degree of steelwork wear present in the inspected shaft. As an application of new criterion, results of several sample inspections are also presented.
