摘    要:强对流全氢罩式退火炉在碳钢、低合金钢的冷轧带钢生产上应用很广泛。随着金属制品行业竞争的加剧,客户对带钢组织性能的均匀性提出了更为严格的要求。从材料装炉、温度控制、气氛控制三个方面进行分析,就如何提高强对流气体保护燃气退火材料均匀性提出基本方法,应用效果表明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:The strong convection bell-type annealing furnace is widely used in the cold rolling production of carbon steel and low alloy steel. With the metal product industry more competitive, customers propose more stringent requirements about the uniformity performance of strip microstructure. Basic method has been proposed to improve material uniformity through the analysis about material installed furnace, temperature control and atmosphere control. Application results show the feasibility of the method.
