摘    要:针对宝钢水处理4CC1#设备间冷泵传动轴断裂事件,从解体后的泵轴人手进行失效分析,通过对传动轴的受力计算、断口分析以及对传动轴与后来新更换的传动轴材料比对和力学性能比对,最终认定传动轴较脆是导致断裂的直接原因,而设备本体的出厂安装质量以及热处理工艺是引起传动轴断裂的根本原因。

Abstract:Failure analysis was conducted on the fractured transmission shaft of the indirect cooling pump for the 4CC No.1 water treatment facility of Baosteel. Through stress cal- culation and fracture analysis of the shaft and material and mechanical property comparison between the fractured shaft and the newly-replaced shaft, brittleness of the shaft was finally identified as the direct cause of the fracture, while the installation quality and heat treatment process of the equipment were the fundamental reason for the fracture.
