| 摘 要： | 在模试研究成果的基础上，进行了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物（ABS）树脂装置丁二烯聚合釜和接枝釜洗涤水回用的中间实验。结果表明：中试结果与模试结果相近；接枝聚合时加入丁二烯聚合釜洗涤水，其用量应使m1／（m1＋m2）（m1为洗涤水中聚丁二烯的质量，m2为新鲜聚丁二烯胶乳中聚丁二烯的质量）不大于0．30％，固体物质量分数为0．5％～2．7％；ABS胶乳凝聚时加入接枝釜洗涤水，其用量应使m3／（m3＋m4）（m3为洗涤水中ABS的质量，m4为新鲜接枝胶乳中ABS的质量）不大于0．38％，固体物质量分数为0．1％～14．9％；洗涤水回用对ABS树脂的性能没有影响，其各项性能完全能够达到优级品301型ABS指标要求。 |

| Abstract: | Based on a bench scale test,the washing water from butadiene polymerizer and grafting polymerizer was reused in the production process of ABS resin in a pilot test.The data showed that the result of pilot was similar to that of bench scale test.During the grafting polymerization,the feeding level of washing water of butadiene polymerizer should not make m1/(m1+m2) more than 0.30%,in which m1 was amount of polybutadiene in washing water and m2 was amount of polybutadiene in fresh polybutadiene latex,and the ... |
