纳米远红外聚酯的研制

摘    要:对远红外剂的研磨分散性和用量对远红外聚酯的切片性能、远红外发射性能、保温性能的影响进行了研究,同时对远红外聚酯的保健性能和毒性也进行了分析。用该聚酯切片纺丝、织布,效果性能良好。研究表明:添加3%的纳米级远红外剂可以制得具有远红外发射功能的聚酯,其布远红外法向比辐射率中达85%以上。

Abstract:The grind dispersity of far-infrared agent and the effect of far-infrared agent dose on chip properties,far-infrared emissive ability and heat insulating ability of far-infrared chip were studied.Also the health care ability and poisonousness of the far-infrared polyester were analysed.The spinnability and weaving ability of the polyester chip are good.The research showed that by adding 3% nanometer grade far-infrared agent,the PET with far-infrared emissive function can be made.And its textile far-infrared normal optical spectrum emissivity is over 85%.
