富Al2O3高炉炉渣粘度实验研究

摘    要:高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量过高会造成炉渣粘度增高,流动性变差,使高炉技术经济指标降低.本研究通过调整炉渣中二元碱度与MgO含量以及添加少量CaF2等措施,从而达到在高Al2O3含量条件下也能保证高炉生产合适的炉渣粘度.

Abstract:High content of Al2O3 in BF slag will cause the alag viscosity increase and the fluidity of slag becomes bad, make the technical and economic index of the blast furnace reduce. The purpose of this reserch is to look for appropriate slag viscosity under the high Al2O3 content by the measure of adjusting slag basicity and the content of MgO or adding stone CaF2.
