基于现场总线技术的远程液位控制系统

摘    要:将LPCS-3过程控制系统中的锅炉液位装置作为被控对象,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线对分布式I/O系统ET200S进行网络组态,建立了一个基于分布式I/O的液位控制系统,并用PID算法对系统进行闭环控制,实现了液位控制系统的远程控制.

Abstract:This paper took the boiler liquid level device in the LPCS-3 process control system as a controlled object.The distributed I/O system ET200S was carried out Webacess through PROFBUS-DP field bus,the liquid control system based on distributed I/O constructed.The PID algorithm was used to carry out closed-loop control for the system to realize remote control for the liquid level control system.
