摘    要:主要介绍了锅炉燃烧调整试验的内容、方法和调整过程中的注意事项,并以徐塘发电有限公司6号锅炉燃烧调整试验为例,分析了运行氧量、二次风配风方式和燃尽风门开度对锅炉运行的影响.试验结果表明,通过调整运行氧量和配置二次风配风方式及燃尽风门开度,可有效实现机组运行过程中的节能减排.

Abstract:The content,methods of the boiler combustion adjustment test as well as the notes during the adjustment process are introduced in the paper.A series of adjusting tests have been carried out on the No.6 boiler of Xutang power plant,and the effects of the O2 concentration in flue gas,the secondary air distribution modes and the OFA damper position on the boiler operation performance are then analyzed.The test results show that energy-saving and emission-reducing can be achieved during the unit operation by se...
