油井测斜系统数学建模及校准方法研究

摘    要:通过分析油井测斜系统的结构特征及其数学模型,应用正交设计理论提出一种校准算法,该算法只需要测量少量点的传感器输出数据就可以解算出测斜系统数学模型中的全部系数,最终计算出每个传感器的标定系数、偏置以及安装误差,达到在软件上对测斜系统进行校准的目的.实验数据处理结果表明通过该算法计算的数学模型各系数符合设计要求.该算法已应用到实际工程项目.

Abstract:Based on analysing the configuration and mathematical model of oil well inclometer,proposed is a calibration algorithm with orthogonal design theory.This calibration algorithm can calculate all the coefficients of the mathematical model by only measuring outputs of every sensor at a few points,then the calibration,bias and installation errors of every sensor can be calculated.We can calibrate the oil well inclometer by software.Experimental results show that the coefficients of the mathematical model calcul...
