| 摘 要： | 宪法最高效力的实现离不开宪法监督制度的构建。当今世界宪政国家，有普通法院模式、专门机构模式与立法机关模式的宪法监督制度。我国现有的一元多层次审查式的宪法监督模式存在着诸多缺陷。立足我国宪法文本与国情，建立起宪法专门监督机构的违宪审查制与普通法院的宪法诉讼制相结合的双轨制的宪法监督机制是弥补这种缺陷的较好选择。

| Abstract: | Realization the power of constitution at most is due to the setting - up of the supervisory system of the constitution. Coun ized agency mode and try of constitutional government of our times, there are ordinary court＇ s mode , speciallegislature＇ s mode of the constitution supervisory systems. The constitutions of our country supervises mode exist a great deal of defects. Base on the text of constitution of our country and national conditions, sets up special constitution supervisory organ and lawsuit of court making constitutioning of dual track system is a good choose. |
