某大桥挂篮预压试验及实测结果分析

摘    要:悬臂浇筑法是目前大跨度混凝土连续梁桥、连续刚构桥的主要施工方法,而挂篮是该种施工方法的最主要施工设备。挂篮预压试验不仅为了确保挂篮安全使用的需要,而且通过模拟压重检验结构,消除拼装非弹性变形,为悬臂浇筑施工高程控制提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Cantilever casting method is main construction method to long-span concret continuous beam bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge.However,hanging-basket is the most important construction equipment for the method.Hanging-basket preloading test not only can meet the need of insuring hanging-basket safe,but eliminate assembly inelastic deformation by testing structure with simulating weight,which can provide reliable evidance for vertical control of cantilever casting construction.
